Update June 15th, 2020

By completing a purchase on this SITE you agree to be bound by event organizers' notices of risks and attendance policies. In addition, you agree to waivers regarding health and safety and agree to hold them harmless. Furthermore, you agree to hold harmless the SITE and any of their suppliers or intermediaries.

Update May 7th, 2020

If, for reasons of maintaining social distancing or other safety reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entity putting on the event has announced a seating or attendee capacity reduction of greater than 15%, SITE, at its sole option, reserves the right to cancel tickets for seating locations eliminated by the venue or to deem such event canceled in its entirety. In the event that SITE deems an event canceled in its entirety based on a reduction in capacity: (i) all outstanding orders for such event will be canceled; and (ii) the event will be reposted for sale with the adjusted capacity and known restrictions. Any buyers whose tickets have been canceled pursuant to this paragraph shall receive a refund.

Given the current pandemic and its impact on scheduled live entertainment, we want to provide as much clarity as possible on how this impacts your tickets.

A lot of events have been canceled while others have been postponed. At this time, if an event is officially canceled, you will automatically receive a refund within 90 days and most likely sooner. There is no need to reach out to our customer experience team. Due to the unprecedented volume of cancellations, this is the quickest we can guarantee.

If an event is postponed, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue’s policy. Similar to a cancelation, there is no need to take any action on your end, once we have confirmed the changes with the event organizer we will contact you via email with an update.

For postponed events, if for any reason you are no longer able to attend the event, you always have the option to re-list them through our resources. Please email us as soon as possible if you would like us to help with this.

For future events that are still scheduled, you’re all set. There’s nothing you need to do, and if anything changes, we will contact you with updates.
